Rental Plans:
Basic Rental includes One Event Day (8 Hours Max) and a Preparation Period the Day before the Event.
Please ***Note*** this is a SELF SERVICE Hall.

Three Rental Areas:

A.) Main Hall:  $175  ---> Holds Approx. 50 People

B.)Office Area: $100 (*Must Be Rented with Main Hall)  ---> Holds Approx. 30 People

C.) Dance Floor Area: $75  ---> Holds Approx. 40 People

If additional Days are needed, the following are the additional charges:
1.) Each Additional Hour after 8 Hour Period: $25
2.) Each Additional Event Day (8 Hour Period): $75
3.) Each Additional Preparation Day: $45

A $250 Security Deposit -- Cash, Check or Credit Card
(Use Check-Out list to ensure that you do not get charged for damages and/or violation of building rental policy)

The Room will be left *Clean and Usable.*  Please return it in the same condition.

Sample List of Damage Charges

  • Key Not Returned: $50
  •  A/C or Heat Temperature not Set at 76 or 68 Respectively: $50
  • All lights left on: $50
  • Trash Not Emptied: $25
  • Room Not Cleaned: $25 per hour to clean
  • Tables and Chairs Not put Away: $25 per hour to reset room
  • Door Not Locked: $25
  • Kitchen not cleaned or reset: $25 per hour to reset
  • Damage to Walls: Minimum $50 --> Up to Cost of Wall Repair
